The Brix Series is a collection of programs featuring the MTa Insights, a toolkit developed by experiential learning world expert Martin Thompson, for the development of a cohesive team. Activities involve leadership, problem solving, communication, and other soft skills. Participants are introduced to key concepts that will be applied in a hands-on activity using the MTa Insights. Designed with experiential activities and learning outcomes in mind, the Brix Series will encourage participants to engage, adapt, and establish a sense of camaraderie with their team.
